The product has the May 30, 2025 on its labelling and weighs 160g. No other use-by dates or chicken products are affected by the recall. Customers are urged to take the product back to stores where they will be entitled to a full refund. ‌ In the product recall notice on Asda's website, it states: "Product has been packed with the incorrect use by date. ‌ "What you should do? If you have purchased Asda Hot and Spicy chicken breast slices with a se by date of the 30 May, please bring it back to your nearest store where you will be given a full refund. "You do not need your receipt. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused. If you would like any further information, please contact: Asda Customer Relations – 0800 952 0101." The ECHO reported on other product recalls this week. Morrisons, Asda and Aldi have issued product recalls to millions of shoppers. If you were among those who bought Inspired Cuisine Baby Potatoes with Herbs and Butter from Aldi, you should not eat them if you are lactose intolerant and instead return them to the store for a refund. Article continues below Aldi has issued a recall for the above product and is in contact with allergy support organisations to inform their members about the recall. Notices will be displayed in all stores selling this product, explaining why it's being recalled and advising customers on what to do if they've purchased it. If you've bought the product and have an allergy or intolerance to milk or milk constituents, don't consume it. Instead, return it to the store from where it was purchased for a full refund.
