According to client, @casualgardener1, the shopping chain charge "four times" the price for a 500ml bottle of Diet Ginger Beer than they do for the one litre bottle. ‌ The shopper voiced his concern on X (Twitter) with a published picture of the two drinks positioned next to each other, while enquiring about the price difference. ‌ He said: "Hi @marksandspencer, I'd be grateful to know how you can justify charging four times the amount for a smaller - albeit chilled - bottle of Diet Ginger Beer? 500ml = £1.95 and 1 litre = 95p."
