Sherpa believes that after a series of robust rallies over the past few weeks, the crypto market is now ripe for a corrective move. He cautions that investors should prepare themselves for a potential dip, which he views as a strategic opportunity rather than a cause for panic.

In his recent commentary, Altcoin Sherpa expressed that while he foresees a correction on the horizon, he does not anticipate a prolonged bear market. Instead, he suggests that this potential pullback could offer a valuable entry point for investors looking to re-enter the market or to expand their portfolios ahead of the next upward movement in prices.

Should a market-wide retracement occur, Sherpa has identified five particular altcoins that he is keen to accumulate. He listed his preferred picks as follows:

  • Fartcoin (currently trading at $0.85)
  • POPCAT (valued at $0.33)
  • HYPE (hovering between $15-$16)
  • GUN (priced around $0.055)

Focusing on Fartcoin, Sherpa highlights the importance of the coin maintaining a price above $1.05 for it to experience further upward momentum. He warns that if it fails to hold this level, the altcoin could potentially drop to around $0.80. Fartcoin: I wouldnt be surprised to see this pullback a little bit here, but dont forget that hot air rises in the end, he stated, suggesting optimism for its eventual recovery.

In his analysis, he proposes three scenarios for the future of Fartcoin, all of which are highly dependent on the performance of Bitcoin (BTC), stating, I think this just continues up. Based on his technical analysis, Sherpa believes that Fartcoin could rally as high as $1.40, while it is currently valued at $1.09.

Turning his attention to Bonk (BONK), another memecoin he is watching closely, Sherpa remarked on the strength of its price action, saying, The chart itself still looks fire. As of his analysis, Bonk was trading at approximately $0.00002, having seen a remarkable increase of over 10% just that day.
