Jordon Hudson 'doesn't know what the f** she is doing' after replacing Bill Belichick's PR guru, says new report READ MORE: Jordon Hudson has quietly amassed a $9million real estate empire By JAKE FENNER Published: 19:29 BST, 1 May 2025 | Updated: 20:21 BST, 1 May 2025 As the continuing saga surrounding Bill Belichick and his girlfriend Jordon Hudson continues unfolding after his cringe-worthy CBS interview, some are pointing to a loss of a key figure as to why Hudson is in the position she is. Hudson has taken over as the head of 'Bill Belichick Productions' - with the 24-year-old winning over a certain amount of control of the coach's future. Now, it's been revealed by Front Office Sports that the lack of one of Belichick's most important people in his professional life may have led to Hudson's rise. For his entire run with the New England Patriots, Belichick leaned on the PR expertise of Berj Najarian - who has been referred to as the coach's 'consigliere', 'gatekeeper', and 'right hand man' by different news outlets. Najarian was officially Belichick's 'chief of staff' during his time in Foxborough, with the handing off media relations issues to him in order to focus on football. Najarian was crucial in helping smooth over the damage of 'Spygate' and 'Deflategate' as well as other smaller stories. Sources told FOS that Bill Belichick has been listless since losing a longtime PR guru Berj Najarian had worked as Belichick's chief of staff for 24 years before Belichick was fired from the Patriots. Najarian has since taken that same role with Boston College's Bill O'Brien. Now, it appears Jordon Hudson has been put in that role with little PR or media training at all But after Belichick was fired from the Patriots in 2024, Najarian joined up with a former assistant of the coach's - Bill O'Brien. With Najarian joining O'Brien at Boston College as his chief of staff, Belichick was left without a media advisor after meeting Najarian with the New York Jets and bringing him to New England. So in his absence, it appears that Hudson has taken over in that role. The only problem is that she doesn't have nearly as much media training or experience in order to navigate the choppy waters in Belichick's wake. 'Belichick has had a personal PR guy for 20 years. But he doesn't have Berj anymore,' a source told FOS. 'Berj works for Bill O'Brien at BC now. So Bill's all by himself.' That source believes Belichick wasn't responsible for the email posted by Hudson on April 10. Notably, the body of the text uses the word 'title' instead of 'headline' for a story about Belichick's book. Moreover, eagle-eyed readers could see that the email is CC'ed to a 'Berj'. 'My sense is he assigned Jordon to help on this stuff. But she doesn't know what the fuck she doing,' the source told FOS. Najarian had been a confidant and something of a protector for Belichick from press for years Hudson's interactions with CBS during an interview with Belichick have drawn increased scrutiny regarding their relationship and how he has been perceived in the media recently Belichick admitted to having a 'personal and professional' relationship with the 24-year-old Jordon Hudson's high school classmate opens up on her 'controlling' nature 'That email which she alleges he wrote—which clearly she wrote—is one of the most ridiculous things I've ever read. 'Do you think, in any world, that Belichick would think that he has a say in what the Boston Globe writes? That he would have a say over the 'title', which is actually a headline, which is something he'd know? There's no way he would have anything to do with that.' While Najarian - like Hudson - tended to float nearby Belichick while he conducted big interviews (and also informed writers when the coach wasn't happy about stories), it was pointed out that Najarian never lashed out the way Hudson did. Hudson angrily told CBS's Tony Dokoupil that Belichick would not be answering questions about their relationship. Additionally, Hudson stormed off the set - expecting Belichick to follow her - and caused a half-hour delay. Sources believe CBS covertly returned the favor for her disruption by including her question shutdown in the final cut and noting she was a 'constant presence' through filming. Sources also indicate that Belichick is missing the protection provided him by the NFL's PR division - as well as the Patriots' internal public relations team as well. Belichick confirmed in a statement that he shares a 'personal and professional relationship' with Hudson - confirming the suspicions of former players that she was not only his girlfriend, but a PR advisor or even his agent. Some have grown concerned for the coach, with Charles Barkley even saying that he's considering calling his 'friend' Belichick to check in on him. Now, Hudson and Belichick are set to start their first college football season together Out of the woodwork have come people offering thoughts on Hudson or even fears for Belichick. Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy recalled meeting Hudson, saying that he isn't afraid of her but knows that she reads everything written about the pair. 'I don't know what's going on,' Portnoy responded. 'Let me put it this way, I know her and I know him and I'm going to see them, I'm sure, in Nantucket. And she sees everything that is said. 'Now, am I afraid of her? No. Am I going to sit here and really go out and say she's the craziest person I've ever seen? No. Because I don't want to be awkward when I'm carrying my watermelon from the shop and I bump into her.'
