The 2025 edition takes the festival’s mission further: that of bringing plants and nature back to the center of well-being. Each experience is an invitation to reconnect with nature, with oneself and with our common origins,” said Andrada Seitan, Marketing Director Therme Bucharest. Among the most anticipated experiences of this year’s edition are: “Temazcal” – the Mexican ceremony is a sacred experience of reconnecting with the self and Mother Nature, where steam, herbs and fire energy guide you on a journey of deep self-healing; “Yutate Kagura” and “Shugendo” – rare Japanese rituals presented by Japanese masters, where the elements of nature and sacred energy are channeled through movement, herbs and sound for spiritual balance and deep detoxification; “Ice bathing” – Following last year’s success, the “Unbounded” team from Canada returns to the Herbarium Festival with a highlight, a practice whose popularity has grown exponentially in recent years: hot/cold therapy. A challenge of personal limits and a regeneration of the nervous system by alternating sauna and cold water. In addition, scrubs with Amazonian fruits, aromatherapy with lavender, sage or nettle, as well as traditional Romanian rituals with fresh herbs picked from the Carpathian Mountains paint a complex picture of this unique festival in the world, where nature becomes the ultimate source of healing, beauty and inner balance.
