More info A large lorry has tipped, blocking a road off the A38 in Cornwall ahead of the Bank Holiday weekend as holidaymakers travel to the South West. The lorry has tipped on Mount Rant Hill, just off the A38 near Liskeard, completely blocking the road. Speaking to CornwallLive, Kai Hollister said: "There’s a lorry tipped over on Mount Rant Hill/Ley Hill. It's completely blocking the road". "We were some of the first on the scene. Other drivers arrived and then took over staying with the lorry driver who was understandably a bit shaken up. Follow our South West traffic blog here for the latest updates. "They were shaken but unharmed." Taking a picture at the scene, there is a large lorry which has tipped onto its side, landing on the hedgerow along the road. Another witness said: "[Lorry tipped] going towards Ley, just past Trago is blocked for the foreseeable future."
